Official Rules

Summary

Free to enter. Open to U.S. residents 18+. Entry period: August 15, 2026 – December 31, 2026. One entry per person. Random drawing on or about January 5, 2027. Grand prize: Lumina Vision 85" 4K MiniLED Smart TV (ARV $2,500).

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Lumina Holiday TV Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor and Administrator

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lumina ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered by BIEB Promotions, LLC ("Administrator"), which is responsible for entry processing, winner selection, verification, and prize fulfillment coordination.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will be void. The Administrator's server clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Sweepstakes entry page and complete the online entry form, including your first name, last name, and a valid email address, and confirm your agreement to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Additional entries beyond the stated limit will be void. Use of automated entry systems, bots, or any other means to obtain multiple entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. A free alternate method of entry is available by mailing a hand-written card with your name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth to the Administrator. AMOE entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: Lumina Vision 85" 4K MiniLED Smart TV. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,500. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or about January 5, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The random drawing is conducted using an auditable random selection process supervised by the Administrator.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and Administrator to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or who act in violation of these Official Rules, may be disqualified.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

12. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Administrator on behalf of Sponsor and will be used for Sweepstakes administration, winner selection, and prize fulfillment. Entrants who opt in to marketing communications may receive promotional email from Sponsor, and may unsubscribe at any time. Entry information will not be sold to third parties.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Administrator within sixty (60) days of the drawing date, marked "Lumina Holiday TV Giveaway — Winner List Request."
