Partner inquiry data: When you submit a contact or demo-request form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, campaign type, and optional campaign details.

Campaign entrant data: When a consumer enters a promotion administered by BIEB, we collect the information required for entry and winner administration, such as first name, last name, and email address. Entrant data is collected as first-party data for the campaign sponsor.

Operational data: We log campaign events, entry status changes, approval actions, and audit events necessary to operate and document promotional campaigns.

How We Use Information

• To respond to partner inquiries and scope campaign engagements.
• To administer promotional campaigns, including entry processing, winner selection, and fulfillment coordination.
• To maintain audit logs required for campaign documentation.
• To provide agency and brand portal access with role-based visibility.

Data Sharing

Entrant data is collected on behalf of the campaign sponsor and is not sold to third parties. We share data with the sponsor, their agency, and qualified personnel involved in campaign operations. Third-party processors (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers) may process data under appropriate data-processing terms.

Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is controlled through role-based permissions enforced server-side. Agencies and brands cannot access raw entrant data beyond what their role requires.

Data Retention

Campaign data retention is documented per engagement in the statement of work. Partner inquiry data is retained for the purpose of responding to and following up on inquiries.
